Speech lessons according to Lucy!

We've been trying to help Lucy correct some of the sounds she has trouble with, usually the cluster sounds of 'sm' 'sp' and of course 'L' making her our wucy girl. We practice where to put your tongue and the s sound at the start of words...

She's obviously taking notice..,

Yesterday, after some 'Cars' figurines were purchased by a certain grandparent after a certain grandson suggested he should have a 'special treat', Nanna was clarifying the spelling and pronunciation of Mater, the rusty tow truck. Lucy looks at her and says, put your tongue here Nanna, say 'sssssssss mater'.

Family photos in Coffs 2012

Kate was coming back for Christmas this year so what an opportunity to get some up-to-date family photos as a gift for Mum & Dad. It has turned into a present for all of us, as well as it being a lovely experience! Very top heavy of the kids but I guess they're easy subjects!!!!
