A Home away from Home...

Home while we were in Tassie was at the Streets... And didn't they make it feel just like that!!! (With a few subtle differences I should add...)

First subtle difference was having a pool in the backyard to lounge around... Then the view from the balcony... WOW!


But the biggest difference was having a 14year old best buddy for James who didn't just lend a hand when asked, but took it on himself to ensure adequate entertainment, hydration and nutrition of one besotted little 1 year old!

Lincoln fed James nearly every meal (breakky, lunch and tea!)

And so did Lauren and Deborah!




One night, the Walshs, Coopers and Streets all gathered together for old times sake... James, Linc and Nic settled in for some playschool...

Obviously enthralling viewing ;)


James kept Linc nice and close whenever he was around...



Thanks Lincoln! You've got one big fan!!!! And his Mum's pretty stoked she had such a great break without having to battle with every mealtime!!! Like I said, I'm sure there are some good schools here if you want to move ;)

And thankyou Rod, Deborah, Nic, Lauren, Christian (who somehow managed to avoid the camera for the entire trip!) and Lincoln for making us so welcome and so comfortable for a long stay!!!! We hope we can repay the kindness one day in the near future... (That ski trip is on permanent offer!)
